I’m so excited at the success of our parties, which started from such humble beginnings.

While raising my own daughter I came to understand how important bonding and doing “Girly” things are to young girls (and their mothers). Playing princess, pampering, modeling and dancing were always high on the agenda.

Since that time I’ve seen our parties become Perth ’s most exciting and unique way for girls aged between 3 and 14 to celebrate birthdays, holidays and friendships.

I’m proud to be able to say that the feedback that I get from our customers is always that the quality of our service, and value for money are exceptional. As a result, around half of our new customers come from referrals.

I’m also blessed to worked with a great team of people that make our parties such a great success. They make sure that our parties are always fun, run smoothly and leave happy memories that last a lifetime. They also tell me that they have LOTS of fun themselves.

Our Hostesses are all fantastic and work for us to further their creative talents, to work with children and to have LOTS of fun.

Our staff are recruited based on their experience in fields such as childcare, modeling, dance, makeup artistry, hairstyling and performing arts.

We have a thorough training process for all new recruits so that all parties are to a consistent standard and procedures are adhered to including Occupational Health and Safety standards.

All our staff have a Working with Children Identification card which is compulsory in Western Australia when working in any field involving children.

We have a great team and are always delighted to welcome newcomers.

Vahida is our Staff Manager and she has been with Princess Pamper Parties since it’s inception. She recruits, trains and manages our hostesses as well as hosting parties herself.

Vahida is also responsible for quality control and staff performance reviews. Many of the ideas and procedures that we use in our parties today are a direct result of her wealth of experience and expertise in management and social skills.
